what our

client speaks

The work is awesome, kept on target, and completed in a timely manner. If the concept isn't met on the first try, it doesn't take them many attempts thereafter to meet our customers needs.

Workflow Process

Our process for a website design & development project would be as follows.
1. We always make a conscious effort to understand your business, your target audience and your preferences.
2. Once we receive the initial project description, we may request for additional information, in order to have a better understanding of the project requirements.
3. Once we have done with the initial study of the requirements, we will be formally providing you with a proposal along with deliverables.
4. Once the proposal is accepted you are requested to make the initial payment.
5. Once the initial payment is processed, we begin the design process.
6. We create, typically 2-3 drafts, depending on the size of the project, for you to choose from.
7. Once you have finalized the draft, we work on the draft till all the requirements are met.
8. Once the design is approved, we begin the process of coding.
9. Once we complete the coding process and testing, we notify you for your comments.
10. Once we complete all our deliverables, you are requested to make the final payment.
11. Once the final payment is processed, we either provide you all the project files or we upload the files on to your FTP server.

For website design

We will build an initial mock up for the client to look at and to get the ball rolling. We will keep making changes until the layout is agreed upon and loved by the client. The only time we actually start mentioning the possibilities of charging extra during this phase of construction is when the client tells us to do something a very specific and clear way, we do it, and then they change their mind.

The first time that happens, we won't say anything. After that if it keeps happening we will mention to the client what they are doing and how much work/time that is for us and if it continues we will have to start charging additionally for such moments. Basically, as long as we can see that the construction process is moving forward the whole time there isn't any problem or thought of charging extra. It is only when the project keeps taking steps backward that we have to reconsider things.

For Flash design

We will build an animation preview for the client based on the client's expressed ideas, thoughts, wishes, and/or wants. We will keep making changes until the animation is agreed upon and loved by the client. The only time we actually start mentioning the possibilities of charging extra during this phase of construction is when the client tells us to do something a very specific and clear way, we do it, and then they change their mind.
